| dc.description.abstract | La Federación Deportiva de Los Ríos, ubicada en la ciudad de Babahoyo provincia de Los Ríos, en las calles Av. 6 de Octubre e Isaías Chopitea; inició sus actividades laborales el día 13 de agosto de 1924; institución u organismo de derecho privado sin fines de lucro, encargado de la realización y ejecución de diferentes funciones y actividades entre las más destacadas están planificar, controlar y sobre todo supervisar a los entes deportivos de su jurisdicción, en toda la provincia de Los Ríos. Al hablar del rendimiento laboral se refiere al resultado que se demuestra por quienes colaboran en la organización llevando a cabo la finalización de sus actividades cotidianas en la empresa de una manera mucho mas eficiente gracias a la utilización de todos los materiales e instrumentos que este posee y al apoyo colectivo que obtiene de los compañeros de trabajo quienes se esfuerzan al máximo para la obtención de un rendimiento laboral óptimo que beneficia a la organización en el alcance de los objetivos propuestos | es_ES |
