| dc.description | Health care is still being debated as a social right that every citizen of the country has, however, there are no certain criteria on what kind of benefit the right to health must include, all these debates arise as a result of what is important and neuralgic that is the care of physical integration in each person, this is the analysis of the contribution that the public sector must provide in guaranteeing access to this right in an integral manner and characterized by timely, warm and efficient attention. The present investigation is oriented to analyze institutional weaknesses that the health center of the Parish of Isla de Bejucal of the Baba canton possesses, which cause not achieving an adequate level of satisfaction in the users of said locality and its surrounding sectors, it is necessary to mention that when there are problems within an institution whose competence is to take care of and prevent adverse situations in the patients' health, it is a sign that the offer of a social service, such as medical care, is not fully met. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad aún se debate la atención médica como un derecho social que posee cada ciudadano del país, sin embargo, no existen criterios determinados sobre qué tipo de prestación debe incluir el derecho de la salud, todos estos debates surgen a raíz de lo importante y neurálgico que es el cuidado de la integración física en cada persona, he ahí se analiza sobre el aporte que debe brindar el sector público en garantizar el acceso a este derecho de forma integral y caracterizado con una atención oportuna, cálida y eficiente. La presente investigación está orientada a analizar debilidades institucionales que posee el centro de salud de la Parroquia Isla de Bejucal del cantón Baba, las cuales provocan no lograr un nivel de satisfacción adecuado en los usuarios de dicha localidad y sus sectores aledaños, hay que mencionar que al existir problemas dentro de una institución cuya competencia es cuidar y prevenir situaciones adversas en la salud de los pacientes, es muestra de que no se cumple a cabalidad la oferta de un servicio social como lo es la atención médica | es_ES |
