| dc.description | This case study was developed in the Association of Autonomous Peasants November 18 that is located in the Recinto Concepción 11.5 km in Baba / Vinces Baba Canton, Parish Guare Province of Los Ríos, mentioned organization is dedicated to the cultivation of short cycle such as: rice, corn, soy, etc. The main crop is located in the production of mango export, but in the current position the association is only dedicated to the domestic market for the sale of the product, also has an estate of 108 hectares where 60 are destined for the production of mango they are managed in an associative way, the other 48 hectares are for short-cycle crops, in which they work individually, each partner managing a farm 3.7 hectares in which 2.2 hectares are clearly intended for this kind of crops that are managed between the winter and summer cycles. The internal organizational structure is integrated by the Government, Direction, Administration and Internal Control of the Association, where it is managed by the body of the General Meeting, Board of Directors, Board of Vigilance and the Administrator; The General Board is the highest authority of the association and is made up of all the partners who will have their duties and obligations within the organization; The Board of Directors is composed of the President, the Secretary and 3 Members elected by the General Board; The Supervisory Board supervises the economic activities and compliance with the resolutions and is composed of 3 principal members with their respective Deputy Members and all the Boards in force for 2 consecutive years. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso fue desarrollado en la Asociación de Campesinos Autónomos 18 de Noviembre que está ubicada en el Recinto Concepción a 11.5 km en la vía Baba / Vinces del Cantón Baba, Parroquia Guare Provincia de Los Ríos, mencionada organización se dedica al cultivo de ciclo corto como son: arroz, maíz, soya, etc. El cultivo principal se sitúa en la producción de mango de exportación, pero en la posición actual la asociación solo se dedica al mercado interno para la venta del producto, además cuenta con un predio de 108 hectáreas donde 60 son destinadas para la producción de mango que se manejan de forma asociativa, las otras 48 hectáreas son para los cultivos de ciclo corto, en la cual se trabajan de forma individual, manejando cada socio un predio 3.7 hectáreas en las cuales 2.2 hectáreas son netamente destinadas a esta clase de cultivos que se manejan entre los ciclos de invierno y verano. La estructura organizativa interna está integrada por el Gobierno, Dirección, Administración y Control Interno de la Asociación, donde esta se maneja por el organismo de la Junta general, Junta Directiva, Junta Vigilancia y el Administrador; La Junta General es la máxima autoridad de la asociación y está conformada por todos los socios que tendrán sus deberes y obligaciones dentro de la organización; La Junta Directiva está integrada por el Presidente, el Secretario y 3 Vocales elegidos por la Junta General; La Junta de Vigilancia supervisa las actividades económicas y los cumplimientos de las resoluciones y está integrada por 3 Vocales principales con sus respectivos Vocales Suplentes y todas las Juntas vigentes por 2 años consecutivos. | es_ES |
