La gestión financiera consiste en tener una excelente administración de los recursos que tiene la empresa y así cubrir los gastos que se pueda gestionar ya que, al tener una buena gestión adecuada de estos recursos, permitirán crear relaciones de calidad y estabilidad con los inversionistas.
