Currently the Mareauto S.A. It has 51 employees, not all of whom are affiliated with the Ecuadorian Social Security Institute. The present research work will analyze one of the most important obligations that an employer must perform from the employment perspective specifically when you have people working under your responsibility, these obligations must be fulfilled by the employer from the beginning of work of the company until the same make the respective hiring of new employees. | dc.description.abstract | Mareauto S.A., es una sociedad de Corporación Maresa Holding, tiene alrededor de 20 años de considerable experiencia en el oficio de alquiler de unidades vehicular a mediano y extenso plazo. Actualmente la planilla de Mareauto S.A. haciende a 51 empleados, ocurriendo que no todos están afiliados al Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social. El presente trabajo de investigación analizaremos una de las obligaciones mas importantes que debe efectuar un patrono desde la perspectiva laboral específicamente cuando se tiene personas trabajando bajo su responsabilidad, estas obligaciones deben ser cumplidas por el empresario desde el inicio laboral de la empresa hasta que la misma realice la respectiva contratacion de nuevos empleados. Es de manera muy importante y esencial para la empresa que el empleador este al día con sus obligaciones como patrono, pues las consecuencias que puede acarrear el incumplimiento de estas obligaciones pueden resultar especialmente gravosa en caso de una inspección de la seguridad social. | es_ES |
