| dc.description | The Commercial Company Angelito is located in the Av. Cordova and October 9 in the Canton Vinces, Province of the Rivers, which has as an economic activity the sale wholesale and retail of products of first necessity, sausages, soft drinks, meat , confectioneries, liquors, cigarettes, toys, school supplies, bazaar items, clothing, glassware and everything related to the home. The objective of this case study is to determine the factors that influence the climate and work environment of the Commercial Company Angelito del Cantón Vinces, which do not allow the good performance of the personnel within their job, that is why the organizations they should focus on improving it in order to comply with organizational goals and to be highly competitive in the market, putting as a main factor the human talent they possess. The research subline on which this case study is based is the administrative management model, the research carried out is descriptive because it allows knowing the most important aspects of the variables under study, the method that was used was the deductive because allows to collect current information to be able to reach the problem that affects the company | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La Empresa Comercial Angelito se encuentra ubicada en la Av. Córdova y 9 de Octubre en el Cantón Vinces, Provincia de los Ríos, la cual tiene como actividad económica la venta al por mayor y menor de productos de primera necesidad, embutidos, gaseosas, cárnicos, confiterías, licores, cigarrillos, juguetes, útiles escolares, artículos de bazar, ropa, cristalería y todo lo relacionado para el hogar. El objetivo del presente estudio de caso es determinar los factores que influyen en el clima y ambiente laboral de la Empresa Comercial Angelito del Cantón Vinces, que no permiten el buen desempeño del personal dentro de su puesto de trabajo, es por esta razón que las organizaciones se deben enfocar en mejorarlo con el propósito de cumplir con las metas organizacionales y para ser altamente competitivos en el mercado, poniendo como factor principal el talento humano que poseen. La sublínea de investigación en que se basa este estudio de caso es el modelo de gestión administrativa, la investigación que se llevó a cabo es descriptiva porque permite conocer los aspectos más importantes de las variables en estudio, el método que se utilizó fue el deductivo porque permite recolectar información actual para poder llegar a la problemática que afecta a la empresa | es_ES |
