| dc.description | Currently, the World Health Organization, the respective agencies of each state (ministries, district health directorates), and policies on public health; they form a guarantee of control and assurance through administrative management and human talent for prevention, intervention and health promotion at the level of each city, country, region, and internationally. The present case study was carried out in the Urban Health Center of the city of Vinces. Currently in this entity are verified at first glance certain deficiencies related to the structure of the file of patients, poor care, high level of absenteeism of doctors and poor efficiency of administrative management in the entity. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Actualmente, la Organización Mundial de la Salud, los respectivos organismos de cada estado (ministerios, direcciones distritales de salud), y las políticas en torno a salud pública; forman una garantía de control y aseguramiento por medio de la gestión administrativa y del talento humano para la prevención, intervención y promoción en salud a nivel de cada ciudad, país, región, y a nivel internacional. El presente estudio de caso se ejecutó en el Centro de Salud Urbano de la ciudad de Vinces. Actualmente en esta entidad se constatan a simple vista ciertas deficiencias relacionadas con la estructura del archivo de los pacientes, la mala atención, el nivel de absentismo elevado de los doctores y la poca eficiencia de la gestión administrativa en la entidad. | es_ES |
