| dc.description | The Autonomous Decentralized Parochial Rural Government San Juan, is a public institution that is located in the Parish of San Juan de Juana de Oro in the streets May 24 and León de Febres Cordero, in a building of the institution in which they have come developing its activities since 2014 to the present. The objective of this case study is to determine the administrative responsibilities in the treasury department of the San Juan Rural Parochial Decentralized Autonomous Government, which will allow establishing the causes that affect the correct performance of the institution's activities, which are planned and programmed by its authorities in conjunction with its administrative staff. | dc.description.abstract | El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural San Juan, es una institución pública que se encuentra ubicado en la Parroquia San Juan de Juana de Oro en las calles 24 de mayo y León de Febres Cordero, en un edificio propio de la institución en el cual han venido desarrollando sus actividades desde el año 2014 hasta la actualidad. El presente estudio de caso tiene como objetivo determinar las responsabilidades administrativas en el departamento de tesorería del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural San Juan, que permitan establecer las causas que afectan a la correcta realización de las actividades de la institución las cuales son planificadas y programadas por sus autoridades en conjunto con su personal administrativo. La sub-línea de investigación en que se basa el presente estudio de caso es Modelo de Gestión Administrativa que hace referencia a la administración en el departamento de tesorería del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural San Juan durante los años 2016 y 2017 por parte del tesorero, lo cual reflejó los diversos problemas por los cuales tuvo que pasar la institución en los años analizados | es_ES |
