| dc.description | urrently, the Municipal Public Company of Environmental Sanitation of Babahoyo, EMSABA-EP, is a company dedicated to services goods whose objective is the administrative management and the techniques of the necessities inhabitant in the provision of services and supply of drinking water, treatment system and discharge of sewage, sanitary sewerage, storm drainage, flood control, collection and management of its disposal with the start of construction in 1994. In the rural sectors a bad administration is carried out by the authorities of the company EMSABA E.P in the treatment of the drinking water service. One of the faculties that corresponds to the Municipality is to provide an excellent quality service for the user and improve administrative management for the provision of drinking water service in rural areas. According to (Palomo Martinez, 2014, page 102) Quality in most products and services the purchase decision is not strictly guided by the price. Although the product is physically the same, the customer may perceive it as different depending on the quality of the service it receives. | dc.description.abstract | Actualmente, la Empresa Pública Municipal de Saneamiento Ambiental de Babahoyo, EMSABA-E.P, es una Empresa dedicada a servicios bienes cuyo objetivo es la gestión administrativa y las técnicas de las necesidades habitante en la prestación de servicios y suministro de agua potable, sistema de tratamiento y desahogue de aguas residuales, alcantarillado sanitario drenaje pluvial, control de inundaciones, recolección y manejo de su disposición con el inicio de la construcción en 1994. En los sectores rurales se realiza una mala administración por partes de las autoridades de la empresa EMSABA E.P en el tratamiento del servicio de agua potable. Una de las facultades que le corresponde al Municipio es brindar un excelente servicio de calidad para el usuario y mejorar la gestión administrativa para la prestación del servicio de agua potable en el área rural. Según (Palomo Martinez, 2014, pág. 102) La calidad en la mayor parte de los productos y servicios la decisión de compra no se guía estrictamente por el precio. Aunque el producto físicamente sea el mismo, el cliente puede percibirlo como distinto en función de la calidad del servicio que recibe.
