dc.description	The present research work was developed in the Camino al Sol Tourist Complex, which is located at km5 via Montalvo-Balsapamba, therefore, it is on the left margins of Pisagua Alto. It is a pleasant place where you can appreciate a great variety of flora and fauna and a lot of vegetation to its surroundings, in the place before we have identified the main problem as it is the unsatisfaction of the visitors this is because it does not have a good infrastructure, the inadequate tourism services offered by the site, few recreational areas for children this has led to the customers do not feel satisfied instead. The purpose of this project is to analyze the level of satisfaction of the visitor to improve the demand of tourists in the complex turístico Camino al Sol del Cantón Montalvo, on the other hand the categories of analysis of the independent and dependent varibles were analyzed with criteria of national authors and foreigners, in turn, a current diagnosis was made of the place, to improve the case study. For the development of the research a scientific methodology is used, different information collection techniques are applied that facilitate the collection of significant data, through surveys carried out in the tourist complex. Finally, a plan was designed to strengthen tourism services to meet the needs of the client.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló en el Complejo Turístico Camino al Sol del que esta ubicado en el km5 vía Montalvo - Balsapamba ,por ende, esta al margen izquierdo de Pisagua Alto. Es un sitio agradable donde se puede apreciar una gran variedad de flora y fauna y mucha vegetación a sus alrededores,en el lugar antes hemos identifiacado el principal problema como es la insatisfacción del visitantes esto se debe que no cuenta con una buena infraestructura, los inadecuados servicios turisticos que ofrece el sitio, escasas áreas de recreación para infantiles esto a conllevado que los clientes no se sientan satisfechos en lugar. El propósito de este proyecto es analizar el nivel de satisfacción del visitante para mejorar la demanda de turistas en el complejo turístico Camino al Sol del Cantón Montalvo, por otra parte se analizó las categorías de análisis de las varibles independiente y dependiente con criterios de autores nacionales y extranjeros, a su vez se hizo un diagnóstico actual del lugar, para mejorar el estudio de caso. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizo una metodología científica se aplican diferentes técnicas para la recolección de información que facilitan la recopilación de datos significativos, a travez de encuestas realizadas en el complejo turistico. Por último se diseño un plan de fortalecimiento de los servicios tursiticos para satisfacer las necesidades de cada cliente.	es_ES
