dc.description	Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the airways in which many cells and cell elements, such as eosinophils, mast cells, lymphocytes, macrophages, neutrophils and epithelial cells play a very important role in the inflammatory responses produced by different types of allergens. This research study, whose objective is to identify the age range that is most affected by childhood asthma, determine the incidence of constants such as socioeconomic status, sex, race to suffer from childhood asthma, prevent complications that develop in patients with asthma child, promote habits of prevention of predisposing factors. In the first chapter the objective, the problematic, and the justification of the study are made known. In the second chapter, the theoretical framework, we expose the definition, main risk factors and complications of asthma both locally and globally and shows the reader the most relevant aspects to take into account when carrying out a project of this nature. Chapters three and four report on the investigations that were carried out and the results of the same. The fifth chapter shows according to the survey work which are the main risk factors to avoid complications such as asthmatic crisis that can put the life of the patient at risk. Finally, at the closing are the conclusions and recommendations that should be taken into account on childhood asthma	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El asma es un trastorno inflamatorio crónico de las vías respiratorias en el que muchas células y elementos celulares, tales como eosinofilos,mastocitos, linfocitos, macrófagos, neutrófilos y células epiteliales juegan un papel de suma importancia en las respuestas inflamatorias producidas por los distintos tipos de alérgenos. Este estudio investigativo, cuyo objetivo es identificar el rango de edad que se ve más afectado por el asma infantil, determinar la incidencia de constantes como el nivel socioeconómico, sexo, raza para padecer asma infantil, prevenir las complicaciones que se desarrollan en pacientes con asma infantil, promover hábitos de prevención de los factores predisponentes. En el primer capítulo se da a conocer el objetivo, la problemática, y la justificación del estudio. En el segundo capítulo, el marco teórico, exponemos la definición, principales factores de riesgo y complicaciones del asma tanto a nivel local como mundial y muestra al lector los aspectos más relevantes a tener en cuenta cuando se realiza un proyecto de esta índole. Los capítulos tres y cuatro dan a conocer sobre las investigaciones que se efectuaron y los resultados de las mismas. El quinto capítulo demuestra de acuerdo al trabajo de encuestas cuales son principales factores de riesgo para evitar complicaciones tales como crisis asmática que puede poner en riesgo la vida del paciente. Finalmente, al cierre se encuentran las conclusiones y recomendaciones que deben ser tomadas en cuenta sobre el asma infantil	es_ES
