dc.description	The consumption of narcotic drugs is one of te cases that causes great concern not only nationally but also globally, as this causes multiple family, social and legal conflicts and in addition to this leads to various diseases being the most relevant respiratory diseases, mainly Pneumonia. Pneumonia is one of the pathologies with the highest rate of morbidity and mortality, thus occupying the third place of causes of death nationwide. There are several causes of which the consumption of narcotics is of our greatest interest. The present study is aimed at characterizing the consumption of narcotics and the influence on the advent of pneumonia in young people aged 18 to 30 years, in order to reduce the high rate of respiratory disease. The feasibility of this research will help young inmates in rehabilitation centers understand the relationship between narcotic substances and pneumonia, and that these centers have the service of a respiratory therapist who will contribute to the improvement of the lifestyle of the young.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El consumo de estupefaciente es uno de los casos que produce gran preocupación no solo a nivel nacional sino también mundial, ya que esta provoca múltiples conflictos familiares, sociales y legales y además de ello produce diversas enfermedades siendo las más relevantes las enfermedades respiratorias, principalmente la neumonía. La neumonía es una de las patologías con mayor índice de morbi-mortalidad ocupando así el tercer lugar de causas de muerte a nivel nacional. Existiendo diversos causantes siendo de nuestro mayor interés el consumo de estupefacientes. El presente estudio está dirigido a caracterizar el consumo de estupefacientes y la influencia en el advenimiento de la neumonía en los jóvenes de 18 a 30 años, con la finalidad de disminuir el alto índice de dicha patología respiratoria. La viabilidad de esta investigación ayudara a que los jóvenes internos en los centros de rehabilitación comprendan la relación existen entre las sustancias estupefacientes y la neumonía, además que dichos centros cuenten con el servicio de un terapeuta respiratorio que contribuirá al mejoramiento del estilo de vida de los jóvenes.	es_ES
