| dc.description.abstract | El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del cantón Montalvo es una institución que realiza su actividad en el ámbito de atención y servicio a la colectividad. Inicia su vida institucional el 18 de abril de 1984, cuenta con seis direcciones o departamentos entre ellos: Administrativa, Talento Humano, Planificación, Contabilidad, Jurídico y Obras Públicas. En el desarrollo del caso se enfocara en el departamento de Talento Humano del GAD. Municipal del cantón Montalvo debido a que allí se realiza la contratación de personal sin contar con la experiencia y conocimientos para los puestos dentro de la institución, además no posee un adecuado control de personal lo que afecta en el cumplimiento de los objetivos institucionales, no se realiza una supervisión minuciosa del trabajo realizado y de los avances y de la permanencia del trabajador en el mismo y además que esto origina trabajos mal ejecutadas donde los afectados son la ciudadanía | es_ES |
