| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio tiene como principal propósito identificar las razones por las que Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Vinces ubicado en el cantón del mismo nombre ha reducido su personal en los últimos meses sin haber cumplido el periodo establecido en el contrato acordado por ambas partes al iniciar las actividades laborales. Cada año se renueva el personal de esta institución pública, esto se debe a cuestiones de afinidad o simplemente de política, este último es el caso más frecuente, puesto que cada vez que un nuevo Alcalde asume su rol, se encarga de contratar a personas de su confianza y remueve a parte del personal anterior, ya que existen cargos removibles a disposición de quien este al poder político, al ser contratos ocasionales no surge problema para el empleador pero ¿qué sucede con el trabajador?, ante la detección de esta problemática se pretende realizar el siguiente estudio de caso | es_ES |
