| dc.description | Currently, technology has achieved an important advance which has allowed the automation of many processes and tasks without the presence and control of the human being being necessary. The increase of the automotive fleet in the country, started in February 1992 with the free import of cars and trucks. The same one that managed to have a considerable progress from the year 2011, because the country obtained one of the largest post-dollarization economic increase, creating an environment conducive to the increase of automotive in the country. This vertiginous growth has caused a notable impact on the traffic flow in the city, generating a number of social, health and environmental problems. In addition, it is worth mentioning that the increase in vehicles adds to the decrease in space and the scarcity of car parks, both public and private, which increases the dissatisfaction of citizens. The systematization of parking spaces is one of the developments that has most favored optimizing the management and control of the vehicular system in shopping centers, residential complexes, institutions or public and private organizations. Through a number of options offered by the system administrators have the perfect ally for their work. The Technical University of Babahoyo is not excluded from this type of problems, since a large number of drivers who come to it, find it difficult not to have a place to locate their vehicle, making them move for more. time, until locating a place available, sometimes taking several minutes. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Actualmente la tecnología ha logrado un avance importante lo cual ha permitido la automatización de muchos procesos y tareas sin ser necesaria la presencia y control del ser humano. El incremento del parque automotor en el país, inicio en febrero de 1992 con la libre importación de automóviles y camionetas. El mismo que logro tener un considerable progreso a partir del año 2011, debido a que el país obtuvo uno de los mayores incremento económico post dolarización, creando un ambiente propicio a el incremento de automotores en el país. Este vertiginoso crecimiento ha causado un notable impacto en el flujo vehicular en la ciudad, generando un sinnúmero de problemas sociales, de salud y ambientales. Además, se puede mencionar que el incremento vehicular se suman la disminución de espacio y la escasez de aparcamientos sean estos públicos y privados, lo que aumenta la disconformidad de la ciudadanía. La sistematización de parqueaderos es uno de los progresos que más ha favorecido optimizar la gestión y el control del sistema vehicular en centros comerciales, conjuntos residenciales, instituciones u organizaciones públicas y privadas. A través de un sin número de opciones que nos brinda el sistema los administradores cuentan con el aliado perfecto para su labor. La Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo no se encuentra excluida de este tipo de problemas, ya que gran parte de conductores que acuden a la misma, se encuentran con la dificultad de no disponer un lugar donde ubicar su vehículo, haciendo que se encuentre en movimiento por más tiempo, hasta localizar un lugar disponible, tomándoles en algunas ocasiones varios minutos. | es_ES |
