| dc.description | The use of software in a company or institution, whether public or private, allows it to improve its performance, since there are many advantages such as: the margin of error that could exist is very minute since an application fully complies with each of the processes for which it was programmed, in addition the response time is short compared to what a human could take in giving the same answer therefore it makes the use of an application in a company very feasible. However, in the association of disabled people first of May in the city of Las Naves, there are inconveniences with the handling of the information that this institution has, since it is very extensive, allowing problems such as: delay in the response time to be presented. users, incomplete projects and loss of information one of the most important inconveniences produced in the institution is that there are incomplete projects, because it was not done in the agreed time of this operation, the resource is lost or the project is not executed as example we can mention, there is a capital of a foreign institution linked to the association for delivery of special equipment for disabled people the time the project is executed is 1 year because there is no control for projects is not used for everything the captain provided by the institution then the surplus money returns to the institution that offered it, assuming that not all Disabled people benefit since there was control over the time of execution of the project and it did not come to be fulfilled in its entirety, losing important resources for the institution and its users, that is why it is intended to make use of the technology that currently exists and cover all these drawbacks. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La utilización de un software en una empresa, institución ya sea esta pública o privada permite que esta mejore su desempeño ya que existen muchas ventajas como: el margen de error que podría existir es muy diminuto ya que una aplicación cumple a cabalidad cada uno de los procesos para la cual fue programada, además el tiempo de respuesta es corto comparado con lo que un humano podría tardarse en dar la misma respuesta por ende hace que el uso de uso de una aplicación en una empresa sea muy factible. No obstante, en la asociación de discapacitados primero de mayo de la ciudad de las Naves, existen inconvenientes con el manejo de la información que esta institución posee ya que es muy extensa permitiendo que se presenten problemas como: demora en el tiempo de respuesta para los usuarios, proyectos incompletos y pérdida de información uno de los inconvenientes más importantes producidos en la institución es que existan proyectos incompletos, debido a que no se lo realizó en el tiempo acordado de esta maneja se pierden recurso o a su vez el proyecto no se ejecuta como ejemplo podemos citar, existe un capital de una institución extranjera bridada a la asociación para entrega de equipos especiales para las personas discapacitadas el tiempo en que se ejecute el proyecto es 1 año debido a que no existe un control para proyectos no se hace uso de todo el capitán brindado por la institución entonces el dinero sobrante regresa a la institución que lo brindo asiendo que no todas las personas discapacitadas se beneficien ya que existió un control con el tiempo de ejecución del proyecto y no llego a cumplirse en su totalidad perdiendo recursos importantes para la institución y sus usuarios, es por ello se pretende hacer uso de la tecnología que existe actualmente y cubrir todos estos inconvenientes. | es_ES |
