This non-profit institution was founded in the city of Babahoyo on June 22, 1985, being located since then in the streets Flores and Vargas Machuca. The main objective of this entity is to help low-income children through a sponsorship program, guiding them in various areas, socio-emotional, cognitive, spiritual, physical and vocational development. There are many of these institutions at a national and international level, all of which are controlled by its regulator "Compassion International" with its headquarters in Colorado Springfield, USA. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente Caso de Estudio presenta a continuación las problemáticas que surgen en el Clima Laboral del Centro de Desarrollo de la Niñez, “Puerta del Cielo” de la ciudad de Babahoyo. Esta Institución sin fines de lucro fue fundada en la ciudad de Babahoyo el 22 de junio del año 1985, estando ubicado desde ese entonces en las calles Flores y Vargas Machuca. El objetivo principal de esta entidad es ayudar a niños de escasos recursos mediante un programa de patrocinio, guiándolos en diversas áreas, socioemocional, cognitivo, espiritual, desarrollo físico y vocacional. Existen muchas de estas instituciones a nivel nacional e internacional, todas estas siendo controladas por su ente regulador “Compassion International” con su sede principal en Colorado Springfield, EE.UU. | es_ES |
