| dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo de esta investigación se realizó en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Provincial De Los Ríos, el cual dicha institución tiene como principal misión ayudar a mejorar el nivel de vida de sus ciudadanos, a través de la formulación y ejecución de planes y programas con la participación directa de todos los actores sociales inmersos en la administración y de esta manera garantizar el desarrollo social y económico de la población. La presente investigación tiene la finalidad de determinar los principales factores internos y externos de la administración provincial que influyen en el proceso de desarrollo y cumplimiento de una obra, en la cual se resalta la importancia que estas tienen para la ciudadanía, además se menciona las posibilidades de que aparezcan eventos inesperados que en determinadas ocasiones no están al alcance de la administración institucional, lo que conlleva en algunos casos al retraso de una obra, dichas situaciones guardan estrecha relación con el desarrollo social y económico de los habitantes de la Provincia de los Ríos | es_ES |
