| dc.description | The public administration in the institutions is of the utmost importance, it is linked to the State, which is in charge of organizing the available resources and budgets that it distributes to different entities of the country and to guarantee the socioeconomic development of all, this means that the administration reaches several places and proportionally covers the needs of citizens. The administrative management in the global institutional environment has a fundamental or key aspect, for the execution and productivity of the tasks carried out in the institutions, to fulfill the planned objectives, to contribute to the development and growth of the same. Therefore, the management seeks to use scarce resources to the maximum and achieve their long-term goals, through four basic functions of the administration: planning, organizing, directing and controlling. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación fue realizada en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la Parroquia Rural Isla de Bejucal, creada el 23 de abril del año 1884, y cuenta con 9.391 habitantes aproximadamente, dicha institución tiene como principal misión liderar y articular procesos que ayuden al desarrollo social y económico de la parroquia, y así conseguir mejorar la calidad de vida de sus ciudadanos, con la participación directa y efectiva de los principales actores externos e internos. El siguiente trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo determinar los principales factores que condicionan el rendimiento laboral de los funcionarios del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la Parroquia Isla de Bejucal, y de esta manera poder expresar un diagnóstico administrativo acerca de la gestión que realiza mencionada institución, donde se resalta las principales situaciones que se suscitan en la organización, las cuales influyen de manera directa en el rendimiento y productividad laboral del individuo o colectivo de la institución. | es_ES |
