Afirmamos que una buena administración empresarial ayuda a la toma de decisiones correctas para un eficiente crecimiento empresarial es por aquello que se realiza El presente estudio de caso se refiere al tema de la GESTIÓN FINANCIERA DEL ALMACÉN DE REPUESTOS “EL TURCO”, enmarcado en la sub-línea de investigación gestión financiera y compromiso social. Es importante conocer que la gestión financiera es una herramienta fundamental para todas las empresas ya que radica en gestionar todos los recursos que se tiene para asegurar que la empresa será capaz de cubrir sus gastos y poder seguir en funcionamiento, para aquello se realizó un análisis de dos años consecutivos de sus estados financieros a través de un análisis horizontal y análisis vertical y demás razones financieras que miden la gestión financiera.
