| dc.description | The Babahoyo Police Command No. 8 is a Technical Institution, Hierarchical, Civil, Armed, Disciplined, Professional and Highly Specialized, whose mission is to attend and protect the free exercise of the rights and safety of people and maintain the public order, within the national territory. As any public entity must comply with the general provisions of the state and is controlled by regulatory bodies such as the Ministry of Finance, National Financial Directorate and the Comptroller General of the State, because it receives a state budget. This Deconcentrated Operating Entity has fixed assets that make up the group of property, plant and equipment, which must be registered in the computer systems of control of assets of the Command and the Ministry of Finance, it is in this process of registering the assets where there are inconveniences due to the fact that in many cases they are not duly registered in all the systems, presenting differences in the accounting balances. Throughout the development of this case study called Reconciliation of Balances in the Fixed Assets Account In the eSByE, SIIPNE and eSIGEF systems, this problem will be treated, which causes inconsistency in the accounting information. The present investigation is of qualitative character and is within the subline of investigation of the race of Engineering in Accounting and Auditing of the Faculty of Administration and Informatics, of the Technical University of Babahoyo, denominated Management of the Accounting Information, because the accounting information of the fixed assets will be studied, in such a way that a consistent information is presented for the control organisms and that in turn serves for decision making. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El comando de Policía de Babahoyo Nª 8 es una Institución de Técnica, Jerarquizada, de Carácter Civil, Armada, Disciplinada, Profesional y Altamente Especializada, cuya misión es atender y proteger el libre ejercicio de los derechos y la seguridad de las personas y mantener el orden público, dentro del territorio nacional. Como toda entidad pública debe regirse a las disposiciones generales del estado y es controlada por los entes reguladores como son el Ministerio de Finanzas, Dirección Financiera Nacional y la Contraloría General del Estado, debido a que recibe presupuesto del estado. Esta Entidad Operativa Desconcentrada dispone de activos fijos que integran el grupo de propiedad, planta y equipo, los mismos que deben estar registrados en los sistemas informáticos de control de bienes del Comando y del Ministerio de Finanzas, es en este proceso de registro de los bienes donde se presentan inconvenientes debido a que en muchos casos no son debidamente registrados en todos los sistemas, presentando diferencias en los saldos contables. A lo largo del desarrollo del presente estudio de caso denominado Conciliación de Saldos en la Cuenta de Activos Fijos En los Sistemas eSByE, SIIPNE y eSIGEF, se tratará esta problemática que ocasiona inconsistencia en la información contable. La presente investigación es de carácter cualitativo y se encuentra dentro de la sublinea de investigación de la carrera de Ingeniería en Contabilidad y Auditoría de la Facultad de Administración e Informática, de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, denominada Gestión de la Información Contable, debido a que se estudiara la información contable de los activos fijos, de tal manera que se presente una información consistente para los organismos de control y que a su vez sirva para la toma de decisiones. | es_ES |
