| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso que tiene por nombre “Nivel de Satisfacción de los usuarios del Subcentro Lucha Obrera en la ciudad de Babahoyo” se ha realizado con el objetivo de dar a conocer múltiples deficiencias que presenta el Subcentro Lucha Obrera al momento de brindar atención a los distintos usuarios que llegan día a día buscando una atención oportuna y eficiente para sus dolencias. En la actualidad para las empresas ya sean de tipo comercial, de servicios, industriales entre otras buscan en mayor medida la satisfacción del cliente (usuario) debido a que es un indicador que permite a las mismas identificar el desempeño percibido por el cliente ya sea del producto o servicio que brinden, para lograr una máxima satisfacción del cliente se necesita de un personal comprometido y altamente orientado en atención al cliente. | es_ES |
