dc.description	The present work, refers to a clinical case of A PATIENT OF 26 YEARS OF AGE WITH HEMOTÓRAX, and its evolution step by step until achieving to improve its state of health; thus having the opportunity to follow up and show through our care the signs and symptoms that the patient presented. The main objective of this case is to apply the process of nursing care, in order to provide the necessary care to a patient with Hemothorax, to achieve a speedy recovery, taking into account that it is a patient who underwent thoracocentesis. Is a surgical procedure in which a drain is used in order to remove the blood contained in the thoracic cavity to extract the liquid from the cavity by means of a drain. This research process through applied care allowed us to fulfill our main objective and thus perform the necessary nursing interventions with which we were able to improve their clinical conditions in the face of this problem. It is gratifying to value our work, and to be aware that our patient's life depends on it, therefore it is necessary to apply all the acquired knowledge in order to achieve our objectives in order to help our patient in his health and consequently obtain the medical discharge	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo, hace referencia a un caso clínico de UN PACIENTE DE 26 AÑOS DE EDAD CON HEMOTÓRAX, y su evolución paso a paso hasta lograr mejorar su estado de salud; teniendo de esta manera la oportunidad de hacerle un seguimiento y evidenciar a través de nuestros cuidados los signos y síntomas que presentó el paciente. Este caso tiene como objetivo principal, aplicar el proceso de atención de enfermería, con la finalidad de poder brindarle los cuidados necesarios a un paciente con Hemotórax, para lograr una pronta recuperación, teniendo en cuenta que se trata de un paciente se le realizó toracocentesis que es un procedimiento quirúrgico en el que se utiliza un dren con el fin de eliminar la sangre contenida en la cavidad torácica para extraer el líquido de la cavidad por medio de una drenaje. Este proceso de investigación a través de los cuidados aplicados, nos permitió cumplir con nuestro objetivo principal y así realizarle las intervenciones de enfermería, necesarias con lo cual logramos mejorar sus condiciones clínicas ante dicho problema. Es gratificante valorar nuestro trabajo, y estar consciente que de ello depende la vida nuestro paciente, por tanto es menester la aplicación de todos los conocimientos adquiridos para así lograr nuestros objetivos alcanzados con el fin de ayudar a nuestro paciente en su salud y consecuentemente pueda obtener el alta médica	es_ES
