dc.description	This research describes the Nursing Interventions to determine the sociocultural factors that influence the desertion of the tuberculous treatment for patients that go to the Health Center "La Isla" First Semester 2018. The variables considered in the work were: sociocultural factors (independent variable), abandonment of treatment (dependent variable) and nursing interventions (intervening variable). A quantitative, descriptive and transversal descriptive study was carried out for which a comparison was made for the variables and to develop the proposal for patients who dropped out of tuberculosis treatment, the technique of the interview technique was used along with its instrument. the questionnaire to obtain the basis of this research in a sample of 21 patients, and through the graphs that obtained results that showed that it affects more to the masculine sex, the lack of knowledge about the secondary effects and the lack of adherence to the treatment and especially, the factors that affect the patient, the lack of family support, family problems, and not remembering them, taking medicine, at present tuberculosis is a global disease and a public health control problem, due to some factors They are presented during the course of their treatment, which is why a proposal is made based on educational and awareness workshops aimed at patients with Tuberculosis and their families to motivate them and thus avoid the desertion of treatment.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación describe las Intervenciones de Enfermería para determinar los factores socioculturales que influyen en la deserción del tratamiento tuberculoso para pacientes que acuden al Centro de Salud “La Isla” Primer Semestre 2018. Las variables consideradas en el trabajo fueron: factores socioculturales (variable independiente), abandono del tratamiento (variable dependiente) e intervenciones de enfermería (variable interviniente). Se realizó un estudio de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo analítico y transversal debido a que se realizó para comparar las variables y desarrollar la propuesta a los pacientes que desertan el tratamiento de tuberculosis, se utilizó la uso de la técnica de la entrevista estructurada junto con su instrumento el cuestionario para conseguir el fundamento de esta investigación basándose en una muestra de 21 pacientes, y a través de los gráficos se obtuvo resultados que demostraron principalmente que afecta más al sexo masculino, la falta de conocimiento acerca de los efectos secundarios y la no adherencia al tratamiento y sobre todo los factores que afectan al paciente son la falta de apoyo familiar, los problemas familiares, y al no recordarles a tomar la medicación, en la actualidad la tuberculosis es una enfermedad mundial y un problema de salud pública que enfrentan obstáculos para llevar su control, debido a diversos factores que se presentan en el transcurso de su tratamiento, por lo cual se realiza una propuesta basada en talleres educativos y de concientización dirigido a los pacientes con Tuberculosis y su familia para motivarlos y así evitar la deserción del tratamiento.	es_ES
