dc.description	Subarachnoid hemorrhage is the presence of blood in the subarachnoid space due to the rupture of a blood vessel which manifests itself with headache, deterioration of consciousness, among others, for the diagnosis a CT scan will be performed or if a lumbar puncture is necessary. The treatment will be used according to the symptoms it presents and will be for the prevention of complications. The nursing care to be performed will be based on the 14 needs according to Virginia Henderson and encouraging self-care as referred by Dorothea Orem. In addition to a high quality care based on scientific, technical and human knowledge in order to preserve the functionality of the nervous system and reduce the incidence of complications so that the patient can return to normal daily activities. In this clinical case covers what is the assessment of the patient, their respective nursing diagnosis, the planning of the care to be performed, the implementation of appropriate interventions and the evolution of how the patient has been reacting.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La hemorragia subaracnoidea es la presencia de sangre en el espacio subaracnoideo por la ruptura de un vaso sanguíneo el cual se manifiesta con cefalea deterioro de la conciencia, entre otros, para el diagnóstico se realizara tomografía computarizada o si es necesario punción lumbar. El tratamiento se empleara según los síntomas que presenta y será para la prevención de complicaciones. Los cuidados de enfermería a realizar serán en base a las 14 necesidades según Virginia Henderson e incitando el autocuidado como lo refiere Dorothea Orem. Además de un cuidado de alta calidad fundamentado en el conocimiento científico, técnico y humano con el fin de conservar la funcionalidad del sistema nervioso y disminuir la incidencia de complicaciones para que así la paciente pueda volver a sus actividades diarias normalmente. En si este caso clínico abarca lo que es el valoración de la paciente, sus respectivo diagnostico enfermero, la planificación de los cuidados a realizar, la ejecución de la intervenciones adecuadas y la evolución de cómo ha ido reaccionando la paciente.	es_ES
