dc.description	The clinical case presented deals with a female patient with a history of Cerebral Palsy in Children, which was taken to the emergency room of the General Hospital Martin Icaza, after assessing the symptoms presented and analysis of the examinations performed, the medical diagnosis was defined : Bacterial pneumonia; As the causative agent of the pathology we have Streptococcus pneumoniae. The nursing professionals carried out the Nursing Care Process, through which they could provide timely care to the patient, and thus contributed to the quick recovery of the state of health.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El caso clínico presentado trata de un paciente de sexo femenino con antecedentes de Parálisis Cerebral Infantil, la cual fue llevada a la sala de emergencia del Hospital General Martin Icaza, después de valorar la sintomatología presentada y análisis de los exámenes realizados se define el diagnostico medico: Neumonía Bacteriana; como agente causante de la patología tenemos el Streptococcus Neumoniae. Los profesionales de enfermería llevaron a cabo el Proceso de Atención de Enfermería, mediante el cual pudieron brindar cuidados oportunos al paciente, y así contribuyeron en la pronta recuperación del estado de salud.	es_ES
