dc.description	The clinical case to present is intended to create a process of nursing care (PAE) through scientific knowledge acquired and data collected from the patient in a 26-day-old female with a diagnosis of meningocele associated with hydrocephalus. in order to be able to improve their affected needs since for this we will use the assessment for the basic needs of the human being through the needs of V.Herdenson for the age of the patient since through this assessment in conjunction with the physical examination we will know which are the needs affected so in conjunction with the knowledge acquired to develop nursing diagnoses by applying their respective interventions and thereby expecting to meet each of the established results taking into account that this will require the collaboration of the family at all times as our availability to help in order to improve to the quality of life of the patient.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El caso clínico a presentar tiene como finalidad crear un proceso de atención de enfermería(PAE) a través de los conocimientos científicos adquiridos y los datos recabados del paciente en un recién nacido de 26 días de edad de sexo femenino con diagnóstico de meningocele asociado a hidrocefalia para así poder mejorar sus necesidades afectadas ya que para esto usaremos la valoración por las necesidades básicas del ser humano a través de las necesidades de V.Herdenson por la edad del paciente ya que a través de esta valoración en conjunto con el examen físico sabremos cuales son las necesidades afectadas para así en conjunto con los conocimientos adquiridos poder desarrollar diagnósticos de enfermería aplicando sus respectivas intervenciones y con ello esperando cumplir cada uno de los resultados establecidos teniendo en cuenta que para esto se necesitara la colaboración de la familia en todo momento como nuestra disponibilidad de ayudar para así lograr mejorar la calidad de vida del paciente.	es_ES
