dc.description	The objective of this work is to develop a clinical case presented by a 10-year-old female patient who enters the emergency area of the Dr. Francisco de Icaza Bustamante Hospital for presenting involuntary movements, paleness, stare and hallucinations. . A complete study is carried out on the symptomatology that the patient presents to analyze the evolution of her clinical picture. Consequently, samples are taken to perform the clinical analyzes that allow to establish the definitive diagnosis of the pathology that affects the patient. This clinical case is also scientifically based, investigating from different bibliographical sources, from the hand of nursing models such as Florence Nightingale, Virginia Henderson, among others. With all the analyzes made to the patient, through the application of methods and techniques of data collection, identifying problems and needs, for the formulation of the nursing diagnoses according to the health problems detected, through the taxonomy of the NANDA The corresponding Nursing Care Process (PAE) is carried out. We developed an adequate follow-up at all times to our patient with autoimmune encephalitis in order to provide adequate care for her to recover satisfactorily. Finally, the patient evolves in an appropriate way, thanks to the collaboration of all the health personnel, mentioning that it is important to promote a correct nursing practice, so that the patient recovers his health status soon.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Este trabajo tiene como objetivo desarrollar un caso clínico presentado por una paciente de 10 años de edad, de sexo femenino quien ingresa a la área de emergencia del Hospital del Niño Dr. Francisco de Icaza Bustamante por presentar movimientos involuntarios, palidez, mirada fija y alucinaciones. Se realiza un estudio completo sobre la sintomatología que presenta la paciente para analizar la evolución de su cuadro clínico. Consecuentemente, se toman muestras para realizar los análisis clínicos que permitan establecer el diagnóstico definitivo de la patología que afecta a la paciente. También este caso clínico es fundamentado científicamente, investigando desde diferentes fuentes bibliográficas, de la mano de Modelos de enfermería como el de Florence Nightingale, Virginia Henderson, entre otras. Con todo los análisis realizados a la paciente, mediante la aplicación de métodos y técnicas de recolección de datos, identificando problemas y necesidades, para la formulación de los diagnósticos de enfermería de acuerdo a los problemas de salud detectados, a través de la taxonomía de la NANDA. Se procede a realizar el respectivo Proceso de atención de enfermería (PAE). Se desarrolló un adecuado seguimiento en todo momento a nuestra paciente con encefalitis autoinmune a fin de proveerle los cuidados adecuados para que se recupere satisfactoriamente. Finalmente la paciente evoluciona de forma adecuada, gracias a la colaboración de todo el personal de salud, mencionando que es importante fomentar una correcta práctica de enfermería, a fin de que el paciente se recupere pronto su estado de salud.	es_ES
