dc.description	Mastitis is an inflammatory condition in the breast, in certain circumstances it is usually accompanied by infection and in others it is not. It can be related to breastfeeding and this process is known as Puerperal Mastitis. Breastfeeding is the process by which the mother feeds her newborn child through her breasts, which secrete milk immediately after delivery, which should be the baby's main food exclusively in the 6 months of life. Primigesta that woman who is pregnant for the first time. The term primigravida is also used. Mastitis Puerperal infection of the mammary tissue (glandular parenchyma, cellular tissue or lymphatic vessels) that takes place after delivery, during lactation.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La mastitis es una afección inflamatoria en la mama, en ciertas circunstancias se suele acompañar de infección y en otras no. Se la puede relacionar con la lactancia y este proceso se lo conoce como Mastitis Puerperal. La lactancia materna es el proceso por el que la madre alimenta a su hijo recién nacido a través de sus senos, que segregan leche inmediatamente después del parto, que debería ser el principal alimento del bebé exclusivamente en los 6 meses de vida. Primigesta aquella mujer que está embarazada por primera vez. También se usa el término primigrávida.
