Embarazada adolescente con hemorragia en el tercer trimestre más placenta previa total
Abstract
Introducción: La hemorragia en el tercer trimestre de embarazo es considerada como aquel embarazo que impone un aumento de peli gro posible o definido a la vida, a la salud de la madre, feto o del niño en su periodo neonatal. Por lo general existen, las hemorragias durante el embarazo se dividen en dos grupos: Las hemorragias que se producen durante la primera mitad de la gestación, las causas principales son: aborto, amenaza de a borto, embarazo ectópico y la enfermedad trofoblástica. Conclusión: El presente estudio de caso se concluye que la placenta previa más hemorragia es muy frecuente en pacientes adolescentes dentro el cual los riesgos de las complicaciones materno fetales permiten el actuar de enfermera de manera precoz, el al aplicar el examen físico cumpliendo con todos los aspectos de valoración, el determinar la disfuncionalidad de los patrones cuya finalidad es priorizar actividades de enfermería y aplicarlas con el fin de restablecer el estado de salud del binomio madre e hijo.
