dc.description	The cellulitis is an acute infectious process that affects the skin and soft tissues, is caused by a wide range of bacteria, most of skin infections are caused by streptococcus pyogenes and staphylococcus aureus, the clinical picture includes local manifestations such as edema, Erythema, pain and heat in the affected area and even systemic manifestations such as malaise and fever. It is usually located most often in lower limbs. The present clinical case was applied in patient of female sex of 55 years of age with medical diagnosis of infectious cellulitis, who decides to seek medical attention when presenting pain and swelling of the left upper limb after suffering trauma. The realization of the present has as main objective to apply the nursing care process in patient with infectious cellulitis, for that reason for its development is based on the taxonomy Nanda, Nic and Noc and the theory of valuation of Marjory Gordon with the 13 functional health patterns. The Nursing Care Process is an indispensable tool in the nursing field which allows to develop a care plan efficient, in order to meet the basic needs of human beings and also in order to achieve the restoration and maintenance of optimal state of health of the patient.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La celulitis es un proceso infeccioso agudo que afecta la piel y tejidos blandos, es causada por una amplia gama de bacterias, la mayor parte de las infecciones de piel están causadas por streptococcus pyogenes y staphylococcus aureus, el cuadro clínico comprende manifestaciones locales como edema, eritema, dolor y calor en la zona afectada e incluso manifestaciones sistémicas como malestar general y fiebre. Suele localizarse con mayor frecuencia en miembros inferiores. El presente caso clínico se aplicó en paciente de sexo femenino de 55 años de edad con diagnóstico médico de celulitis infecciosa, que decide buscar atención médica al presentar dolor y edema del miembro superior izquierdo tras padecer traumatismo. La realización del presente tiene como objetivo principal aplicar el Proceso de Atención de Enfermería en paciente con celulitis infecciosa, por tal motivo para su desarrollo se toma como base la taxonomía Nanda, Nic y Noc y la teoría de valoración de Marjory Gordon con los 13 patrones funcionales de salud. El Proceso de atención enfermero es una herramienta indispensable en el campo de la enfermería lo cual permite elaborar un plan de cuidados eficientes, con el fin de satisfacer las necesidades básicas del ser humano y también con ello lograr la restauración y mantenimiento de un estado de salud óptimo del paciente	es_ES
