dc.description	The purpose of this clinical case is to elaborate the necessary nursing care for the patient, where we will assess the patient's diagnosis to improve their nursing care, and its application by the emergency area of the basic hospital, the splice of the canton. This was done by using nursing actions to prepare a patient care plan, and the dialogue that will be made not only to the patient but also to the family members, so that they can have knowledge of this pathology. Through the implementation of new strategies, we hope that patients not only feel good about themselves, but also about the care they provide and the care that is applied to them. This clinical case is carried out real data of a patient with acute lymphocytic leukemia, where we will implement the complementary examinations, we will assess the state of health every day with pharmacological treatments prescribed by the specialist doctor. This clinical case serves to have new strategies on how to improve the patient's health status, through nursing care that will be implanted in a patient with acute lymphocytic leukemia. Acute lymphocytic leukemia are abnormal white blood cells that participate in the body's immune system and occur in the bone marrow found in the larger bones of the human body, this condition must be treated with nursing care, and to carry out this clinical case we have to investigate very well the causes and symptoms, that is to say, to carry out a deeper investigation about this disease	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente caso clínico tiene como propósito la elaboración de los cuidados de enfermería necesarios para el paciente, en donde valoraremos el diagnóstico del paciente para mejorar su cuidados de enfermería, y su aplicación por parte del área de emergencia del hospital básico el empalme del cantón el empalme, para ello se utilizó acciones de enfermería para elaborar un plan de cuidado del paciente, y el dialogo que se efectuara no solo al paciente si no a los familiares, para que puedan tener conocimientos de esta patología. Mediante la implementación de nuevas estrategias, esperamos que el paciente no solo se sienta bien de sí mismo, sino también de la atención que le brindan y los cuidados que se les aplica. Este caso clínico se lleva a cabo datos reales de un paciente con leucemia linfocítica aguda, en donde implantaremos los exámenes complementarios, valoraremos el estado de salud día a día con tratamientos farmacológicos prescrito por el médico especialista. Este caso clínico sirve para tener nuevas estrategias de cómo mejorar el estado de salud del paciente, mediante los cuidados de enfermería que se implantaran a una paciente con leucemia linfocítica aguda. La leucemia linfocítica aguda son glóbulos blancos anormales que participan en el sistema inmunitario del cuerpo y se producen en la medula ósea que se encuentran en los huesos más grandes del cuerpo humano, esta patología debe ser tratada con cuidados de enfermería, y para llevar a cabo este caso clínico tenemos que investigar muy bien las causas y síntomas, es decir llevar una investigación más profunda acerca de esta enfermedad	es_ES
