dc.description	Dedicated nursing care had positive results facilitating the transfer of the patient from one surface to another, since the pudenda was yielding to the administered treatment and thus the patient was recovering the mobility of his affected lower limb. HIV is the epidemic of our time: being a disease of such easy transmission, we must raise awareness among the population so that preventive and health measures are maximized or risk behaviors are reduced as much as possible. There is a vaccine against the disease, it has no cure, and it can be fatal. It is of vital importance for nursing professional training to master the process of nursing care and identify the patient's problems and needs in order to implement the procedures that correspond clearly to nursing, and propose alternative solutions; in this way, contribute to the improvement of the attention of users in all services. 83.15% of HIV cases belong to the age group of 15-54 years and 82.86% of AIDS cases are in the group of 20-49 years. At the end of 2010, 6,765 people living with HIV were receiving ARV treatment. (MSP, 2016)	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Los cuidados de enfermería dedicados tuvieron resultados positivos facilitando el traslado del paciente de una superficie a otra, ya que la edematización fue cediendo al tratamiento administrado y así el paciente fue recuperando la movilidad de su miembro inferior afectado. El VIH es la epidemia de nuestro tiempo: al ser una enfermedad de tan fácil transmisión, hay que concientizar a la población para que se extremen las medidas preventivas y de salud o se disminuyan en lo posible las conductas de riesgo, ya que, al no haber vacuna contra la enfermedad, esta no tiene cura, y puede llegar a ser mortal. Es de vital importancia para la formación profesional en Enfermería dominar el proceso de atención de enfermería e identificar los problemas y necesidades del paciente para poder implementar los procedimientos que corresponden netamente a enfermería, y plantear alternativas de solución; de esta forma, contribuir al mejoramiento de la atención de los usuarios en todos los servicios. El 83,15% de los casos VIH pertenece al grupo etario de 15-54 años y el 82,86% de los casos sida está en el grupo de 20-49 años.
