| dc.description | In the present study case applied in the dental department of the Technical University of Babahoyo in which there are certain complications in their processes, for which the application of the feasibility study for the implementation of a computer application for the dental clinical monitoring of the said department, which has as its line of academic research which is the development of information systems, communication and entrepreneurial and technological entrepreneurship and according to the proposed topic the research sub-line is the development of computer systems. Nowadays, computers can provide a great favor to companies such as a dental clinic, offering solutions that facilitate the handling of large amounts of information with which they work every day. This application greatly benefits the Patient; saving from physical space for the storage of patient records to the large amount of time spent searching for the required information, in turn providing security and reliability of the stored data. At present the computer provides great benefit to save, resolve and transmit information and data this application greatly enhances the patient, however it has been possible to observe the reasons that this dental department still did not have a computer application that will facilitate the management of information and knowledge is distrust, and conformism. Taking into account these factors, it was decided to implement an application that meets the needs of the patient. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En el presente caso de estudio aplicado en el departamento odontológico de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo en la cual se evidencian ciertas complicaciones en sus procesos, por lo cual se lleva a cabo la aplicación del estudio de factibilidad para la implementación de una aplicación informática para el seguimiento clínico dental del dicho departamento, la misma que tiene como línea de investigación académica la cual es el desarrollo de sistemas de la información, comunicación y emprendimiento empresariales y tecnológicos y de acuerdo al tema propuesto la sublínea de investigación es el desarrollo de sistemas informáticos. Hoy en día, la informática puede aportar un gran favor a empresas como lo es una clínica dental, ofreciendo soluciones que facilitan el manejo de grandes cantidades de información con la que se trabaja día a día. Esta aplicación beneficia notablemente al Paciente; ahorrando desde espacio físico para el almacenamiento del historial de los pacientes hasta la gran cantidad de tiempo invertida en la búsqueda de la información requerida, aportando a su vez seguridad y fiabilidad de los datos guardados. En la actualidad la informática aporta gran beneficio para guardar, resolver y transmitir información y datos esta aplicación favorece notablemente al paciente, Sin embargo se ha podido observar los motivos de que este departamento odontológico aún no tuviera una aplicación informática que le facilitara la gestión de información y conocimiento son la desconfianza, y el conformismo. Teniendo en cuenta estos factores, se decidió implementar una aplicación que se ajuste a las necesidades del paciente. | es_ES |
