| dc.description | SUMMARY The System of Management Environmental Partner, there executed in the Association of Agricultural Development "La Esmeralda" located in the parish La Esmeralda of the Montalvo city. As a general objetive for the production of the project was Environmental Partner formulated the implementation of a system of Management, in that there was designed an Action plan and Program of Training directed all the members of the estate, giving the policies of the Procedure RAS and in her the Program of Health and Occupational Security, The Plan of Managing waste, and the Social and Environmental System. The applied methodology was based on three phases of management of the Network of Sustainable Agriculture (RAS). The diagnoses of agreement realized to the impositions of the Procedure RAS, with the help of the members of the Association the general audit of the estate was executed. All the workers were qualified and informed the benefits that are acquired on having requested Rainforest Alliance's certification. Thanks to the complete acceptance the project executed with facility, demonstrating the sustainability in the corners of the Association, keeping the Environmental Partner supporting the program in this estate, developing and respecting the policies of the Procedure in order not to lose the Certification. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN El Sistema de Gestión Socio-Ambiental, se ejecutó en la Asociación de Desarrollo Agropecuario “La Esmeralda” localizada en la parroquia La Esmeralda del cantón Montalvo. Como objetivo general para la elaboración del proyecto fue formular la implementación de un sistema de Gestión Socio-Ambiental, en la que se diseñó un Plan de Acción y Programa de Capacitación dirigido a todos los miembros de la finca, impartiendo las políticas de las Normas RAS y en ella el Programa de Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional, El Plan de Manejo de Desechos, y el Sistema Social y Ambiental. La metodología aplicada se basó en las tres fases de gestión de la Red de Agricultura Sostenible (RAS). Se realizaron los diagnósticos de acuerdo a las imposiciones de las Normas RAS, con la ayuda de los miembros de la Asociación se ejecutó la auditoria general de la finca. Todos los trabajadores fueron capacitados e informados de los beneficios que se adquiere al solicitar una certificación de Rainforest Alliance. Gracias a la aceptación completa el proyecto se ejecutó con facilidad, manifestándose la sustentabilidad en los rincones de la Asociación, manteniendo el programa Socio Ambiental en esta finca, desarrollando y respetando las políticas de las Normas con el fin de no perder la Certificación. | es_ES |
