The realization of the present case study has the purpose of knowing the processes of entry and exit of the hardware inventory "CENTRO COLOR", which is located in the province of Los Ríos, Babahoyo canton, Clemente Baquerizo avenue, one block from The REPSOL gas station, as the main activity, has the retail sale of all types of hardware. La realización del presente estudio de caso tiene la finalidad de conocer los procesos de entrada y salida del inventario de la Ferretería “CENTRO COLOR” la misma que se encuentra ubicada en la provincia de Los Ríos, cantón Babahoyo, avenida Clemente Baquerizo a una cuadra de la gasolinera REPSOL, como actividad principal tiene la venta al por menor de todo tipo de materiales de ferretería.
