| dc.description | The Jimmy Pharmacy is located in the canton Urdaneta Parish Ricaurte Av. Pinargoty diagonal to the Juan Montalván Hospital has a large amount of national and international medicine therefore it is necessary to take the automated medication processes to have a better service and keep informed of the events, price and any other medical nature. Jimmy pharmacy does not have a computer tool that contributes to the organization of the process and a means of communication between seller and client, to keep informed about prices and promotional events as well as news. This project is part of the research sub-line of software development, which will allow as a student to provide solutions related to computer systems and thus demonstrate the training received; Here fundamental parts are developed in terms of communication between sellers and customers, strengthening the development of an accounting system that seeks to keep the information updated from the pharmacy. The development of computer systems takes knowledge techniques and practices with which you can check the income and expenditure, the prices for the overall benefit of the company, and also the sellers have greater comfort to verify the news of the daily activities in a reliable and fast way, this case study will also allow to clearly define the existing problem and will lead to formulating questions with transcendental answers so that this research results in a solution. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La Farmacia Jimmy se encuentra ubicada en el cantón Urdaneta Parroquia Ricaurte Av. Pinargoty diagonal al Hospital Juan Montalván cuenta con una gran cantidad de Medicina Nacional e internacional por lo tanto se ve en la necesidad de llevar los procesos de medicación automatizadas para tener un mejor servicio y mantenerse informados de los eventos, precio y cualquier otra índole medicinal. La farmacia Jimmy no cuenta con una herramienta informática que contribuya con la organización del proceso y un medio de comunicación entre vendedor y cliente, para mantener los informados sobre los precios y los eventos promocionales además de las novedades. Este proyecto se enmarca en la sub línea de investigación de desarrollo del software, que permitirá que como estudiante pueda brindar soluciones relacionadas con los sistemas informáticos y demostrar así la formación recibida; aquí se desarrollan partes fundamentales en cuanto a la comunicación entre los vendedores y los clientes, fortaleciendo el desarrollo de un sistema contable que busque mantener la información actualizada de la farmacia. El desarrollo de sistemas informáticos toma técnicas y prácticas de conocimiento con el que se podrá consultar los ingreso y egreso, los precios para el beneficio en general de la empresa, así también los vendedores tienen mayor comodidad para verificar las novedades de las actividades diarias de una manera confiable y rápida, este estudio de caso además, permitirá definir claramente el problema existente y conllevará a formular interrogantes con respuestas trascendentales para que esta investigación tenga como resultado una solución. | es_ES |
