| dc.description | Nowadays the organizations are oriented to the globalized world and the technological one in the communication and information, some of organizations understand the needs of reformulating and restructuring the way of organizing and adjusting to the new competitive tendencies since these means go together with the technology and the computer science, also these tools are the fundamental pieces in the administrative processes of the companies. For this reason, it was thought to carry out a thorough study of the company and with its collaboration, the Jujan Fire Department, the viability is studied for the future implementation of a software that controls the administrative processes within it, as well seeks to decrease time and also counts on accurate and timely information with quality to improve the functionality of the organization. To develop this case study it is necessary the research and collaboration of the organization, and in turn to identify the feasibility of the problem in the software and estimate the most viable solution at the time of the completion of the software, but also the study of this project It will have several relevant elements such as: implementing the new or collaborative software to the existing one, also avoiding the loss of information. The line of research established for this case study corresponds to the creativity to the ability to create new things is the development of information systems, communication and business and technological enterprises and the Research Subline of a computer system development. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Hoy en día las organizaciones están orientadas al mundo globalizado y a la tecnológico en la comunicación e información, algunas de organizaciones comprenden las necesidades de reformular y reestructurar la manera de organizarse y ajustarse a las nuevas tendencias competitivas ya que estos medios van en conjunto con la tecnología y la informática, también estas herramientas son las piezas fundamentales en los procesos administrativos de las empresas. Por esto se pensó en realizar un estudio a fondo de la empresa y contando con su colaboración, el Cuerpo de Bomberos de Jujan, se estudia la viabilidad para la implementación a futuro de un software que controle los procesos administrativos dentro de la misma, también se busca disminuir el tiempo y también cuenta información veraz y oportuna con calidad para mejorar la funcionalidad de la organización. Para desarrollar este estudio de caso se hace necesaria la investigación y la colaboración de la organización, y a su vez identificar la viabilidad del problema en el software y estimar la solución más viable al momento de la culminación del software, pero también el estudio de este proyecto tendrá varios elementos de relevancia como son: el implementar el software nuevo o de colaboración al existente, también evitar la pérdida de la información. La línea de investigación establecida para este estudio de caso corresponde a la creatividad a la capacidad de crear cosas nuevas es el desarrollo de sistemas de la información, comunicación y emprendimientos empresariales y tecnológicos y la Sublinea de investigación desarrollo de un sistema informático. | es_ES |
