| dc.description | In recent times worldwide and national technology covers much of our time, work and study using this technology in various areas especially in education. Therefore, education can not be left behind, since nowadays these processes are carried out manually, which is why too much time is generated and applied by applying these processes, this implementation of the computer system will benefit both the administration of the educational unit of the millennium "SIMÓN BOLÍVAR" and the students of this institution to give and collect information among themselves. In the part of the evaluation of psychopedagogical tests in the area of vocational guidance, this process is still done manually, which affects in several aspects such as time, resources, etc. In the institution, in the administration and acquisition of print sheets for the tests can be used in other areas to benefit the institution. This study is created with the purpose of guiding the third year students of basic of the institution in the choice of their specialties, seeing each one of their abilities / weaknesses and their preferences in each of the inculcated subjects. Also to the students of the third year of the baccalaureate, applying information, evaluation and orientation of the careers applicable to their specialization profile. Regarding the administration department, having an automated information system would greatly help students and teachers in the quality service provided to each one of them. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En estos últimos tiempos a nivel mundial y nacional la tecnología abarca gran parte de nuestro tiempo, trabajo y estudio utilizando esta tecnología en diversas áreas especialmente en la educación. Por ello la educación no se puede quedar atrás, ya que hoy en día estos procesos se realizan manualmente, por lo cual se genera y se pierde demasiado tiempo aplicando estos procesos, esta implementación del sistema informático beneficiara tanto a la administración de la unidad educativa del milenio “SIMÓN BOLÍVAR” y a los alumnos de dicha institución a dar y recopilar información entre sí. En la parte de la evaluación de las pruebas psicopedagógica en el área de la orientación vocacional, este proceso aún se hace de forma manual, la cual afecta en varios aspectos como el tiempo, recursos, etc. En la institución, en la administración y adquisición de hojas de impresión para las pruebas pueden ser utilizadas en otras áreas a beneficio de la institución. Este estudio es creado con la finalidad de orientar a los alumnos de tercer año de básica de la institución en la elección de sus especialidades, viendo cada una de sus habilidades/debilidades y sus preferencias en cada una de las materias inculcadas .También a los alumnos de tercer año de bachillerato aplicándoles información, evaluación y orientación de las carreras aplicables a su perfil de especialización. En lo referente al departamento de administración, tener automatizada el sistema de información ayudaría mucho a los estudiantes y docentes en el servicio de calidad que se le brinde a cada uno de ellos. | es_ES |
