| dc.description | This case study arises from the need to identify and analyze the requirements of the document management software development at Santa Rosa Medical Center in the city of Babahoyo. In the Santa Rosa medical center, information is obtained on all the patient's data, which go to the place for medical attention, because the data and documents are stored in the server of the medical center. These are handled in folders to be stored on the server frequently, this would be a very unusual way so the information is lost and often the documentation stored on the server of the medical center can be extracted, at the moment of sending the information it arrives incomplete and generates problems in the digitization area. A comparative study was made of the different types of requirements that are identified in the methodologies for software development. It should be possible to implement each requirement according to the capabilities and limitations of the system and the environment that surrounds it. The technical restrictions are related to the limitations of the platforms and the hardware and software architectures used within the study. This case study is carried out to inform about the problems that exist in the Santa Rosa Medical Center of the city of Babahoyo in terms of the analysis of the requirement for the development of the software with the documentation management. The study is mainly done as a process or program, through which it seeks to normalize and rationalize the life cycle of documents, from planning to their elimination or permanent conservation. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudios de caso surge por la necesidad de identificar y analizar los requerimientos del desarrollo del software de gestión de documentos en centro médico santa Rosa de la ciudad de Babahoyo. En el centro médico Santa Rosa se obtiene información de todos los datos de los pacientes, que acuden al lugar para la atención médica, debido a que los datos y documentos se guardan en el servidor del centro médico. Estos se manejan en carpetas para ser guardadas en el servidor con frecuencia, esta sería una manera muy inusual por lo que la información se pierde y muchas veces puede ser extraída la documentación almacenada en el servidor del centro médico, al momento de enviar la información llega incompleta y genera problemas en el área de digitalización. Se realizó un estudio comparativo de los diferentes tipos de requerimientos que se identifican en las metodologías para el desarrollo del software. Debe ser posible implementar cada requerimiento de acuerdo a las capacidades y limitaciones del sistema y el medio que lo rodea. Las restricciones técnicas están relacionadas con las limitaciones de las plataformas y las arquitecturas de hardware y software que se utilizan dentro del estudio. Este caso de estudio se realiza para dar a conocer cuáles son los problemas que hay en el Centro Médico Santa Rosa de la ciudad de Babahoyo en cuanto al análisis de requerimiento para el desarrollo del software con la gestión de documentación. El estudio se hace, principalmente, como un proceso o programa, a través del cual se busca normalizar y racionalizar el ciclo de vida de los documentos, desde su planificación hasta su eliminación o conservación permanente. | es_ES |
