dc.description	The present research project deals with hypertension and its incidence in adolescent pregnant women. Provincial Hospital Martin Icaza Babahoyo, the project will allow us to know the incidence of this pathology, it has been demonstrated that there is a large number of pregnant teenagers with this pathology. The modality of the research is longitudinal, the type of research is non-experimental that aims to identify the causes of hypertension in pregnant adolescents, field research will allow us to identify the main risk factors that predispose hypertension in adolescents attended at the Provincial Hospital Martin Icaza Babahoyo, Province Los Rios. second semester 2017, in order to obtain real and reliable data. In the research the inductive method will be used, the survey technique will be applied to adolescent patients with hypertension which will help us obtain genuine data from patients in order to know the reality. To collect the information, a structured questionnaire is used based on the variables that are to be measured. Through this research work it is concluded that hypertension is diagnosed in the second trimester of pregnancy in adolescents. It is determined that one of the main risk factors is that the adolescents underwent less than five prenatal checkups during pregnancy, their ignorance about the risks that may occur in pregnancy, another risk factor that influences is their socioeconomic status. which they do not go to the health centers to carry out their controls. With the guide of review of clinical history it was observed that the characteristics of arterial hypertension are edema in the lower limbs, headache and fatigue being the main manifestations that presented the pregnant adolescents.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto de investigación trata sobre la hipertensión arterial y su incidencia en gestantes adolescentes. Hospital Provincial Martin Icaza Babahoyo, el proyecto nos permitirá conocer la incidencia de esta patología, se ha evidenciado que hay un gran número de gestantes adolescentes con esta patología. La modalidad de la investigación es longitudinal, el tipo de investigación es no experimental que tiene como objetivo la identificación de las causas de la hipertensión en las adolescentes embarazadas, la investigación de campo nos permitirá identificar los principales factores de riesgo que predispone la hipertensión arterial en las adolescentes atendidas en el Hospital Provincial Martin Icaza Babahoyo, Provincia Los Rios. segundo semestre 2017, con la finalidad de obtener datos reales y confiables. En la investigación se utilizará el método inductivo, se aplicará la técnica de encuestas a las pacientes adolescentes con hipertensión la cual nos ayudará a obtener datos genuinos de las pacientes con la finalidad de conocer la realidad. Para recolectar la información se utiliza un cuestionario estructurado en base a las variables que se pretenden medir. Mediante este trabajo de investigación se concluye que la hipertensión arterial es diagnosticada en el segundo trimestre del embarazo en las adolescentes. Se determina que uno de los principales factores de riesgo es que las adolescentes se realizaron menos de cinco controles prenatales durante el embarazo, su desconocimiento sobre los riesgos que se pueden presentar en el embarazo, otro factor de riesgo que influye es su nivel socioeconómico motivo por el cual ellas no acuden a los centros de salud a realizarse sus controles. Con la guía de revisión de historia clínica se observó que las características de la hipertensión arterial son edema en los miembros inferiores, cefalea y fatiga siendo las principales manifestaciones que presentaron las gestantes adolescentes.	es_ES
