| dc.description | The present work refers to the influence of the sociocultural factor in the knowledge about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding, in mothers of children under six months. Second Semester 2017, this work will allow us to know in a clear way the influence of the sociocultural factor in exclusive breastfeeding, since it has been shown that there are many mothers who do not give exclusively to their children. The objective of this research work is to determine how the sociocultural factor influences knowledge about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding in mothers of children under six months of age. Fumisa Buena Fe Health Center. Los Ríos Province. Second semester 2017, for this purpose, the age of the mothers, the state, the marital status, the occupational level, the place of residence, the level of study, among other variables that have been taken into consideration to analyze this problematic For this study we used the deductive method, the research is descriptive / exploratory, since it allowed us to describe and explore the knowledge that mothers had about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding and how the sociocultural factor influences that knowledge. Each of the objectives are aimed at promoting exclusive breastfeeding, in order to obtain real information, a questionnaire was conducted for mothers of children under six months of age who go to the Fumisa health center to a population of 100 mothers. In order to obtain information, scientific bibliography also consulted. Once the survey was carried out, it was observed that 55% said they did not know about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding, and when investigating the causes that cause mothers to stop breastfeeding, the following results were obtained: 40% abandoned it for work, 26% due to ignorance, 15% said that due to pain, the other 15% due to illness and only 4% said that for aesthetics. It also took into account the knowledge on the advantages of exclusive breastfeeding to which the following results were obtained: 69% say they do not know the advantages, while 19% say they know little and 12% say that they know. As for the techniques, 45% do not know the techniques of exclusive breastfeeding, while the other 35% know less than 2 techniques and only 20% claim to know more than 3 breastfeeding techniques. Due to these results a proposal was elaborated based on the elaboration of an educational program, to promote the knowledge in this subject that is of great importance and benefit for both the mother and the child. | dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se refiere a la influencia del factor sociocultural en el conocimiento sobre la importancia de la lactancia exclusiva, en madres de niños menores de seis meses. Centro Salud Fumisa Buena Fe. Provincia Los Ríos. Segundo Semestre 2017, este trabajo nos permitirá conocer detalladamente de una forma clara la influencia del factor sociocultural en la lactancia exclusiva, ya que se ha podido evidenciar que hay muchas madres que no dan de lactar exclusivamente a sus niños. El trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo determinar cómo influye el factor sociocultural en el conocimiento sobre la importancia de la lactancia exclusiva, en madres de niños menores de seis meses. Centro Salud Fumisa Buena Fe. Provincia Los Ríos. Segundo semestre 2017, para ello se tomó como referencia , la edad de las madres, el estado, el estado civil, el nivel ocupacional, el lugar de residencia, el nivel de estudio, entre otras variables que se han tomado en consideración para analizar esta problemática. Para este estudio se utilizó el método deductivo, la investigación es de carácter descriptivo/exploratorio, puesto que nos permitió describir y explorar los conocimientos que tenían las madres sobre la importancia de la lactancia exclusiva y cómo influye el factor sociocultural en ese conocimiento. Cada uno de los objetivos se direccionan a promocionar la lactancia materna exclusiva, para obtener información real se realizó un cuestionario para las madres de niños menores de seis meses que acuden al centro de salud Fumisa a una población de 100 madres. Para lograr obtener información, también se acudió a consultas de bibliografía científica. Una vez realizada la encuesta se pudo observar que el 55% dice no conocer sobre la importancia de la lactancia exclusiva, y al investigar las causas que hacen que las madres abandonen la lactancia se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados que el 40% la abandona por trabajo, el 26% por desconocimiento, el 15% dice que por dolor, el otro 15% por enfermedad y solo un 4% dijo que por estética. También se tomó en cuenta el conocimiento sobre las ventajas de la lactancia exclusiva a la que se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados el 69% dice no conocer las ventajas, mientras que un 19% afirma conocer poco y un 12% dice que si conoce. En cuanto a las técnicas el 45% no conoce las técnicas de lactancia exclusiva, mientras que el otro 35% conoce menos de 2 técnicas y apenas el 20% afirma conocer más de 3 técnicas de amamantamiento. Debido a estos resultados se elaboró una propuesta basado en la elaboración de un programa educativo, para fomentar el conocimiento en este tema que es de suma importancia y beneficio tanto para la madre como para el niño. El objetivo de la propuesta busca aumentar el nivel de conocimiento en las madres de niños menores de seis meses y también en las madres gestantes. | es_ES |
