| dc.description | Almacenes "TIA" S.A is a multinational company that is dedicated to the distribution and commercialization of home consumer products, and personnel in Ecuador has 187 branches nationwide, one of these branches is located in the City of Babahoyo in the streets Bolívar between García Moreno and June 5, which has been operating since 11 November 2001 Having the administrative matrix in the city of Guayaquil denotes the lack of control and compliance with respect to workers' rights, this has generated demotivation by the staff that is working in the branch of the city of Babahoyo (Almacenes TIA S.A.), being one of the weaknesses that keeps the company at no consider internal clients (employees) forgetting that they are the fundamental part of the company since they are conform the values, the quality and the service that they offer to the client external. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Almacenes “TIA” S.A es una empresa multinacional que se dedica a la distribución y comercialización de productos de consumo hogareño, y personal en el Ecuador cuenta con 187 sucursales a nivel nacional, una de estas sucursales se encuentra ubicada en la Ciudad de Babahoyo en las calles Bolívar entre García Moreno y 5 de Junio, que se encuentra operando desde el 11 de noviembre del 2001. Al contar con la matriz administrativa en la ciudad de Guayaquil se denota la falta de control y cumplimiento en lo que se refiere a los derechos de los trabajadores, esto ha generado desmotivación por parte del personal que se encuentra laborando en la sucursal de la ciudad de Babahoyo (Almacenes TIA S.A.), siendo una de las debilidades que mantiene la empresa al no considerar a los clientes internos(los empleados) olvidando que son la parte fundamental de la empresa ya que ellos son conforman los valores, la calidad y el servicio que brindan al cliente externo. | es_ES |
