| dc.description | Hacienda Nuevo Porvenir was born based on the needs and demand of customers in countries such as China and the United States, since banana is a staple food and an export product, the Nuevo Porvenir Farm is created in the Province of Los Ríos , Babahoyo Canton, La Unión Parish, owned by COMPAÑÍA IMELDABANANA SA Represented by Mr. Jhon Oswaldo Loja Zhiminaicela. Hacienda Nuevo Porvenir was incorporated in 2003, in which it happened to become a COMPANY in which it was named IMELDABANANA S.A. and as a result of that branches were born one of them is the Nuevo Porvenir Warehouse and at present there are two more branches in the Parish, in which it is responsible for sending fruit to exporters such as the Company. SABROSTAR CIA LTDA and JEDESCO S.A. The current investigation will analyze which are the factors that affect the banana production of the Nuevo Porvenir Plant, which indicates that one of the factors is the lack of market, the low production, the deficient optimization of resources, not adapting to the technological changes, bad administrative management and fortuitous cases of nature. | dc.description.abstract | La Hacienda Nuevo Porvenir nació en base de las necesidades y la demanda de clientes de países, como China y Estados Unidos, ya que el banano es un alimento básico y un producto de exportación, la Hcda Nuevo Porvenir es creada en la Provincia de los Ríos, Cantón Babahoyo, Parroquia La Unión, propiedad de la COMPAÑÍA IMELDABANANA S.A. Representada por el Sr: Jhon Oswaldo Loja Zhiminaicela. La Hacienda Nuevo Porvenir fue constituida en el año 2003, en la cual paso hacer COMPAÑIA en la que se la nombro como IMELDABANANA S.A. y a raíz de aquello nacieron sucursales una de ellas es la Hcda Nuevo Porvenir y actualmente existen dos sucursales más en la Parroquia, en la que se encarga de enviar fruta a los exportadores como es la Cía. SABROSTAR CIA LTDA y a JEDESCO S.A. En la actual investigación se analizara cuáles son los factores que afectan la producción de banano de la Hcda Nuevo Porvenir, cabe que indica que unos de los factores es la falta de mercado, la baja producción, la deficiente optimización de recursos, no adaptarse a los cambios tecnológico, el mal manejo administrativo y los casos fortuitos de la naturaleza.
