| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo investigativo se origina de la necesidad de desarrollar un estudio de caso para dar cumplimiento con uno de los requisitos previo a la obtención del título de INGENIERO EN CONTABILIDAD Y AUDITORÍA, bajo las líneas de investigación de la carrera de INGENIERIA EN CONTABILIDAD Y AUDITORIA GESTIÓN FINANCIERA Y COMPROMISO SOCIAL; en el tema Predios rústicos y su afectación en los ingresos del GAD Municipal de Vinces, se ejecutó como metodología la investigación descriptiva y como herramienta una entrevista realizada al área de Tesorería y Rentas , para conocer los inconvenientes que se suscitan por la carencia de pago de dichos predios, ya que el valor de la recaudación está considerado en la partida presupuestaria general del GAD. | es_ES |
