| dc.description.abstract | Los contratos de seguros son convenios pactados entre dos partes, es decir el asegurador es responsable de indemnizar un daño ocurrido a la otra parte, en este caso al tomador; siempre y cuando se confirme la contingencia prevista en el contrato, de acuerdo al pago del precio al cual se menciona como prima, por el tenedor; por tales motivos el presente caso está vinculado con la CONTRATACIÓN DE SEGUROS PARA BIENES MUEBLES E INMUEBLES DEL ´´GAD MUNICIPAL VINCES´´ El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal Vinces tiende a cumplir con cada una de las disposiciones legales, reglamentarias, y demás normas aplicables para la autenticidad de los procedimientos financieros que se manejan dentro del mismo, y de esta forma brindar de manera razonable un control al desarrollo y bienestar económico, social y ambiental del cantón, es decir velar por cada uno de los activos que posee y así ofrecer un buen servicio a la ciudadanía. En esta entidad pública se ha presentado una serie de inconvenientes con la contratación de seguros para los distintos bienes muebles e inmuebles que ha adquirido dicho organismo; esto se ha venido dando debido a la falta de comunicación por parte del departamento que tiene a cargo el control y constatación de cada uno de los bienes que se encuentran inmersos en el mismo, causa por la cual sea podido observar que el problema emerge a raíz, que dentro del POA no se ha incluido presupuesto para la contemplación de aseguramiento del tema antes mencionado. | es_ES |
