The systems or computer programs nowadays are designed or elaborated, with functional tools that provide a fast interaction between the institutions and their users, besides they are of easy handling to help improve the performance of the activities of the institutions in the labor development and competitively helping in the same way to have a better quality in the service provided to its users or customers. Currently many institutions to streamline their administrative or financial processes, are in need of using these computer systems to improve their flow of information, which every day needs to be updated, stored and make efficient use of it, as well as being available always at any time and in any place that the user wants it. The Department of General Secretary of the PARTICULAR MIXED BEST EDUCATIONAL UNIT is responsible for managing and managing the information of students, teachers and authorities of the educational institution, as well as being responsible for receiving, safeguarding and socializing with the parents or representative of the students the grades assigned by the different teachers of the institution to them. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Los programas informáticos a través del tiempo han venido evolucionando, en la actualidad una de las razones fundamentales por las que se ha dado esta evolución ha sido por la necesidad de poder mantener y portar información de una manera más segura, más fácil de administrar y de recuperar evitando así perdida de información valiosa para las instituciones y de la misma manera agilizar los diferentes tramites que estas realicen. Los sistemas o programas informáticos hoy en día son diseñados o elaborados, con herramientas funcionales que brindan una interacción rápida entre las instituciones y sus usuarios, además son de fácil manejo para así ayudar a mejorar el desempeño de las actividades de las instituciones en el desarrollo laboral y competitivo ayudando de la misma manera a tener una mejor calidad en el servicio brindado a sus usuarios o clientes. En la actualidad muchas instituciones para agilizar sus procesos administrativos o financieros, se ven en la necesidad de utilizar estos sistemas informáticos para mejorar su flujo de información, que día a día necesita ser actualizada, almacenada y hacer uso eficiente de ella, además que esté disponible siempre en cualquier momento y en cualquier lugar que el usuario la desee. El departamento de secretaria General de la UNIDAD EDUCATIVA MIXTA PARTICULAR BEST es el responsable de administrar y gestionar la información de alumnos, docentes y autoridades de la institución educativa, asi mismo es el responsable de recibir, resguardar y socializar con los padres de familia o representante de los estudiantes las notas asignadas por los diferentes docentes de la institución a los mismos. | es_ES |
