It is known that management is characterized by a broader vision of the real possibilities of an organization for any specific purpose. It can also be generalized as a way to align efforts and resources to achieve a purpose. The management are strategies to perform an action of the processes that are executed, the control, will allow to reinforce a series of stages that characterize it as a process that allows to define the information and make it flow to make decisions, The clinical history of the patients, fulfills a very important role, for the immediate attention of convalescents. En cuanto a gestionar y controlar los procesos que se requieren, en el sistema que han tenido que modificar para dar respuesta a la extraordinaria complejidad de los sistemas organizativos que se han ido adoptando, así como a la forma en que el comportamiento del entorno ha ido modificando la manera en que incide sobre las organizaciones. Los sistemas informáticos adaptados a las características que se requieren, permitirán la organización de esta información cada vez que se requiera, además de la búsqueda rápida de cualquier paciente que ha sido internado en este centro de salud. Los reportes médicos, que se generan en los sistemas o software, son una herramienta que facilitan la organización y sistematización de la información que se obtiene en una empresa. Se conoce que la gestión es una caracterizada por una visión más amplia de las posibilidades reales de una organización para cualquier fin específico. También se puede generalizar como una forma de alinear los esfuerzos y recursos para alcanzar un propósito.
