| dc.description | The Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government of Babahoyo was elected as the center of investigation to carry out the case study with the theme "CONTROL OF INVENTORIES AND REGISTRATION OF THE GOODS AND EXISTENCES OF THE MUNICIPAL GAD OF BABAHOYO ", taking as reference the management of inventory control and inventory registration, long-term assets and the assets of administrative control of the institution. Executing the respective programmed activities to fulfill the titling process, modality, complex exam for obtaining the degree of Accounting Engineer and Audit, with the authorization of the Mayor of GADM Babahoyo. The object of the investigation is the area of guardalmacén and control of goods that "is defined as the building or place where goods or materials are stored or deposited where, they are regular centers of the flow of stocks that are planned to carry out functions of storage, as reception, custody and conservation "(ESCUDERO SERRANO, 2014). | dc.description.abstract | Se eligió el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de Babahoyo como centro de investigación para realizar el estudio de caso con el tema “CONTROL DE INVENTARIOS Y REGISTRO DE LOS BIENES Y EXISTENCIAS DEL GAD MUNICIPAL DE BABAHOYO”, tomando como referencia el manejo del control de inventarios y registro de las existencias, bienes de larga duración y los bienes de control administrativo de la institución. Ejecutando así las respectivas actividades programadas para cumplir el proceso de titulación, modalidad examen complexivo para la obtención del título de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría, contando con la autorización del Alcalde del GADM Babahoyo. El objeto de la investigación es el área de guardalmacén y control de bienes que “se define como el edificio o lugar donde se guardan o depositan mercancías o materiales donde, son centros regulares del flujo de existencias que están planificados para llevar a cabo funciones de almacenaje, como recepción, custodia y conservación” (ESCUDERO SERRANO, 2014).
