| dc.description | The current technological trend has become very relevant and competitive, telecommunications are currently the first means of communication in society making this an essential factor for communication through various forms such as cell phones, television, radio and especially the internet that is currently advancing rapidly and has become very popular, because thanks to this technology, communication becomes much more efficient and no matter how big the distance between the sender and receiver is. Due to this breakthrough in telecommunications, it has been timely to conduct a balanced analysis through a Case Study in order to detect possible physical vulnerabilities and loss of performance in the Internet Connection Technology Infrastructure at the ISP Central "PC SYSTEM" in Caluma Province of Bolívar, using theories and research methods through analysis and observation techniques, making use of tools such as surveys directed at the owner manager and certain clients that receive the service, field inspection in the internet transmission towers located in different cities from the province of Bolívar and Los Ríos province, which communicate with each other through point-to-point wireless connection technology with the use of directed and non-directed transmission equipment, in order to distribute the service to the various clients of the cities of both provinces. This internet provider corporation continues to expand more and more in the towns and communities offering the Internet to its customers with equipment that establishes radio links from the towers to each of the clients, it is intended to perform an analysis of the technological infrastructure of the power plant and of each of the teams that make up the network in search of improvements, correction of damages and promote recommendations that lead to a degree of improvement of infrastructure, solutions that enable a growth of the company and especially that focus on making the service increasingly optimal for customers. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La tendencia tecnológica en la actualidad se ha vuelto muy relevante y competitiva, actualmente las telecomunicaciones son el primer medio de comunicación en la sociedad haciendo de este un factor indispensable para la comunicación mediante diversas formas como es la telefonía celular, televisión, radio y sobre todo el internet que actualmente avanza vertiginosamente y se ha vuelto muy popular, porque gracias a esta tecnología la comunicación se vuelve mucho más eficiente y sin importar que tan grande sea la distancia entre el emisor y el receptor. Debido a este gran avance en la telecomunicación se ha hecho oportuno realizar un análisis equilibrado mediante un Estudio de Caso con la finalidad de detectar posibles vulnerabilidades físicas y perdidas de rendimiento en la Infraestructura Tecnológica de Conexión a Internet en la Central ISP “PC SYSTEM" en Caluma Provincia de Bolívar, empleando teorías y métodos de investigación mediante técnicas de análisis y observación, haciendo uso de herramientas como encuestas dirigidas al gerente propietario y a ciertos clientes que reciben el servicio, inspección de campo en las torres de transmisión de internet ubicadas en diferentes ciudades de la provincia Bolívar y de la provincia Los Ríos las misma que se comunican entre sí mediante la tecnología de conexión inalámbrica punto a punto con el uso de equipos de transmisión dirigidos y no dirigidos, para así distribuir el servicio hacia los diversos clientes de las ciudades de ambas provincias. Esta corporación proveedora de internet sigue expandiéndose cada vez más en los pueblos y comunidades ofreciendo el Internet a sus clientes con equipos que establecen radio enlaces desde las torres hacia cada uno de los clientes, se pretende realizar un análisis de la infraestructura tecnológica de la central y de cada uno de los equipos que conforman la red en busca de mejoras, corrección de afectaciones y promover recomendaciones que encaminen hacia un grado de perfeccionamiento de la infraestructura, soluciones que posibiliten un crecimiento de la empresa y sobre todo que se enfoquen en hacer del servicio cada vez más óptimo para los clientes. | es_ES |
